His work has also been in numerous magazine publications, videos and books. Retired from teaching drawing for more than 18 years at Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana, he is constantly in his studio producing new and unique artwork. Dooley is currently listed in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Art, and Who's Who Among American  Teachers. David specializes in heirloom art, using objects that are precious to the family to produce a unique and detailed piece of art that will be cherished and hung prominently for years to come.
